The project aims to promote the companies connected to all the PIDs of the chambers of commerce partecipating in the Mirabilia network, through a new format that can integrate innovation, identity and tradition: the CryptoART.

17 Photographs, representing 17 Italian territories that are Unesco heritage sites reworked and interpreted by Alberto Grant, become new digital works of art. Thanks to Blockchain technology and the possibility of certifying them through Non-fungible token (NFT) these works become UNIQUE.

WHAT IS AN NFT?

A non-fungible token (NFT) is an encrypted bit sequence that is registered within a blockchain to represent and certify a right.

In other words, we can imagine an NFT as information in digital format characterized by the fact of being unalterable, durable and not duplicable.

Di fronte all’infinita riproducibilità dei contenuti digitali, gli NFT rappresentano il passaporto dell’opera d’arte. Gli NFT rendono dunque possibile un mercato trasparente e proteggono la paternità dell’artista.

Gli NFT per la Crypto Art, diventano quindi la soluzione ideale per garantire il possesso dell’opera, l’unicità, la verificabilità e l’esatto numero di copie immesse nel mercato, dati importantissimi per il collezionismo nascente.

SO WHAT IS UNICUM'S CHALLENGE?

The goal of this project is not to demonstrate a new business model for the art world. Rather, leverage experience and practical application with all stakeholders to:

• familiarize a new technology through practical application
• bring the new generations closer to the beauties of the Italian heritage
• experimenting with new possibilities for promoting the territory through the use of new languages ​​and new technologies
• experience the possibility of creating future exhibitions, digital showcases, digital art galleries or physical spaces with the use of virtual reality with all the works of artists on display
• connect the event, identities, companies, buyers, national PIDs to the international network that is emerging around crypto art.
